Privacy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This site uses no advertising pixels, contact forms or non-essential cookies. Outbound affiliate-link clicks are counted without storing IP addresses, user agents, referrers, names or email addresses.

Who we are

LinkiLabs Discover is an editorial project preparing independent guides to wellbeing retreats and professional experiences. Privacy enquiries can be sent to partnerships@linkilabs.com.

Information we receive

This website does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address and message.

How we use it

We use correspondence only to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential editorial or commercial relationship, maintain necessary business records and comply with applicable obligations.

Legal basis and retention

Depending on the nature of the message, processing is based on your request, our legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence, or steps toward an agreement. We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and any applicable legal requirements.

Service providers

Email and website infrastructure providers may process limited technical or correspondence data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

Outbound link measurement

When you use a tracked link to an external booking platform, our redirect service records only the offer identifier and the date and time of the click. It does not store your IP address, browser details, referrer, cookies, name or email address. These events are retained for up to 13 months so we can compare aggregate interest in the options featured.

External links

Our guides link to external platforms and organisers. Their own privacy policies and terms apply after you leave this website. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed, and using one may generate a commission for LinkiLabs at no extra cost to you.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your correspondence, or object to certain processing. Contact partnerships@linkilabs.com.

Changes

We will update this notice before introducing analytics, forms, newsletters or other features that materially change how information is processed.
